In the Sutra kitchen our focus is amazing vegetarian food that appeases all the senses and is served in an atmosphere where sustainable agriculture, community dining, and responsible business practices are of utmost importance.
All of Sutra's food is prepared fresh each day. The practice is artistic, intuitive cooking with a menu that respects the changes of season, availability of local organic ingredients, and the experience of connecting to our communities in a holistic urban environment.
Our unique rotating menus and dining style reflects our commitment to the environment, our gratitude for the opportunity to serve our community, while enjoying the benefits of urban living.
Food, Fun and Fireworks Sutra!!!
For Saturday, the 4th of July we will have one seating beginning at 6:30. We'll be pairing some of our special new delicious, local, small production wines with a bright summer-inspired menu. Or, if you'd prefer, we'll be pairing some super unique non-alcoholic drinks.
After Dinner, we'll close up shop and walk down to the Gasworks Fireworks Show (the only fireworks show this year). We'd love for you to join us for the fireworks, but of course you're not obligated to.

Sutra Restaurant is a warm, intimate space that is perfect for private parties, large family brunches, and special events. Sutra comfortably accommodates up to 35 people. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
